We review incoming submissions every working day. We may publish a review, contact you to clarify something, ask you to amend content that does not meet our rules, or decide that a submission cannot be published. Extra checks can take longer.
We aim to publish genuine, constructive feedback. We may not publish content that is abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, deliberately misleading, written on someone else's behalf, or includes personal or confidential information.
No. We review feedback against our publication rules, but we do not investigate recruitment or employment disputes, decide who is legally right, or act as a mediator. If you believe a review needs attention, contact us with the relevant details.
Yes. Firms can claim or create their profile, add and update core company information, add consultant bios and respond to published feedback without charge.
No. We do not accept payment to remove feedback, improve a score or influence a review outcome. Claimed firms can respond professionally to published feedback and request correction of factual profile information.
